Cwm Cordin

Did the wood going up to Llangynwyd today, things were very quiet only 10 species of hoverfly and little else besides.

 Chrysotoxum bicinctum
Common or notch-horned cleg (Haematopota Pluvialis) - feasting on my blood.

judging by the wings at rest (giving a roof like look) i'm quite confident this is notch horned cleg
